Million thanks to Mr Daniel a.k.a Big Cow, riding a 650cc scooter.

 

I was in the middle of 2nd link route at 312D exit about to U-turn at 312C going back to Gelang Patah R&R. It was Muslim's "Friday Night" and my rear tyre burst all of a sudden. with patience i pushed my bike to the exit heading to Gelang Patah Town for like 2-3 km hoping i can work something on it. Test from God, none of my friends were available for recovery. The forested area nearby was quite eriee... suddenly 2 "big scooters" came and helped me.

 

Dear God, please bless these 2 heroes u have sent to help me.

Check with MAH parts and FJT, they don't have the connector. So either gonna check the Auto Bach or some other shops or order online.

2. Discipline on the road.

3. Able to travel in convoy

 

Basically, we will be part of the marshals during the convoy of expect 1000 bikes.

Detail instruction of the convoy will be make known later.

There will be a meet up with the rest of the marshals, total of 80 marshals.

 

This is the requirement from the authority, to have 80 marshal of 1000bike convoy.

 

So kindly pm me your full name contact no., email, bike model/CC compiled within your group. BY 20th Oct 2008

btw glad ur alrite bro..must be some nails or sharp debris usually from the the big trucks in the day.

Finally, I've manage to rebuild the rear brakes last saturday.

 

New piston seals and master cylinder pump kit in.

 

Replaced the air filter as well. The old air filter is in a bad state. With the new filter in, high rpm (4.5k above) response from the bike is much better. Don't forget your air filters, I think the air filter can last around 20k km before it is due for a change.

I had mine fixed by the previous owner. But I think bike shops are able to do for you if you really want to do it.

Yeap, no internal battery. My IU was not connected for months, no problem at all. The internal battery probably refers to the other type of bike IU for the small cc old bikes.

 

So far so good with what I did to my IU unit.

get a gps mount to hold your mp3 player, speakers fit in the obvious place. If you are adventurous enough, can even DIY!

1) ON/OFF switch already been fixed by previous owner. Neatly fixed. I usually use the headlight at night, so I find the switch useful.

 

2) No problem fixing the mp3 but just wondering anyone had fixed speakers on their STs.

 

3) Yes, you just reach and twist like how I saw my mechanic did. So I now Know how to fix on my own.
