 Warm up your bike for about 5 mins or take a ride around the blocks. Park your bike and look for the idling dial (quite a big gear like 'knob')type screw in between your carbs. Its located near right in the middle between both pair of carbs. Its tilted downward and protruding out.

Dial it anti-clockwise to lower your idle to the setting you like and do it while bike is idling. Good luck.

May be his dad work at Autobag in Bukit Batok. I know when car owners get their tyres their...they get free nitrogen fill up.

The advantage of using nitrogen is that the gas don't expand easily as normal air and thus tyre pressure stays consistence and longer up to a year.

Pufferfis...thanks for the info about Bitubo shocks. Probably when the ime is right..would invest in one. Looks like the canister one is useful..quite often I pillion baby hippo and elephant and always quite rushy on the road and at corners ;^)

I took this out of my verS when I changed back to original headlight from rxz headlight. The mech said it's suppose to be a de-restrictor.

Now it lying in my store collecting dust as I don't intend to stress my bike. If you're interested I can let it go for 10 bucks.

Just take it and try first, got use then pay me. :)

Mine PB1 got no power cut. i check it out first let u knoe thanks bro

Yup, nitrogen is an inert gas. Is much more ligher than air also.:thumb: Btw, my fren's dad works at an Aviation industry.

any1 here experence clicking sound comming out from the engine when warm up, mine got some clicking sound with warming up, after that the sound go away

Tapet sound due to normal wear and tear of tapet or valve clearance in the top head cyclinder block...its okay when it goes away...probably "shim" takes awhile to adjust itself...I think if how shim works. Some other bike manufacturer uses "hydraulic self-adjusting" method...S4..I think is "shim"(look like smooth flag China coin). However, if this continue consistenly and gets louder..time for top head overhaul.

..timing chain? Maybe worn out?

Not sure what timing chain is or are you refering to "Cam Chain"? He mention clicking sound and if its cam chain...it's more like "claking" noise which normally would not go away.

Can't really zero on the actual problem but next time..don't use the speed range as a point of reference for the problem but your rpm reading..can tell better what likely the problem is.

Anyway, here are the possibility:

1) Check and see if your air filter is clean...no deed compress air blasting la..but got better, otherwise just tap-tapped a few times to cause virbration to knock the debris off the filiter.

2) I believe in "liquid engineering"..get cleansing product for carbs or fuel injector that add to your fuel. do this for two to three tank full and just use bike normally that is anything from crusing to work or ride it like you just stolen the bike. This helps clean the carbs 'blood capillaries',' intestine' and 'heart' and all. Occassionally use Octane booster..helps keep the valve's stems and flare end sorta 'decarbonised'..in short meaning, clean off carbon of top end and the posibility of top overhaul.

3) Check your "throttle" cable run path..see if it's "relax" in sitting from the throttle and that run all the way to under the tank. Sometime but rarely, it does get 'squizzed' due to after workout by a mech or frequent turning of the handle bar.

4) Last but not least, give your engine a good blow after a good warm up or short ride. Yes, rev all the way to red zone progressively and hear your exhaust scream!..but don't hold for more than 1.5 second. Do a feel time till no black soot comes out. If there is misfiring or backfire...do it till you don't have or minimal. This helps to clear the '****' out off the exhaust and most importantly..help in clearing air flow and jet needle orifice. I do that all the time but don't "whack" la of course.

If you are bold enough, do a "backfire"...meaning, intensionally causing a misfire..the easiest way about this is whike you are riding, say 80 to 100 km/hr and on 4 gear...clutch in and change to 3 gear and let go clutch..your rpm will build up and bike still on the move...now..SWITCH OFF your engine (kill switch) for 1 to 1.5 secs and then back on again (engine be stalling and bike still on the move)..you should get a backfire and that helps in clearing all the '****' in your top cyclinder head. If your backfire sound like it is just "farting"..its not good enough..do it again till you hear a good loud "Pak" sound(people also can jump or squat...heeeee...x3!...always do that to pedestrian who don't use proper crossing near-by when I passed them by. Don't need to have P1 in physic to do this...a few practice would get you going. You can do that with your bike part but make sure its in a workshop in some wu_looo_woo_luuu place
