An ER4-N, ER4-F and a Ninja 400R model has been announced!

It's nice to see that finally after so many years there's finally a new 400cc sports bike =). Looks abit like a green Fazer though..

Looks promising. I used to ride the legendary zx400r and hands down its the best bike i've owned. But then again our local kawa agent might not bring all of the bikes in.

The 400cc Ninja, looks like it be the same parallel twin engine like its 250cc version? (from what I see from the pic, only two headers).. the original zx-4 is inline-4 right?

Doesn't matter, still will be a sweet ride. Hope Evershine bring those in. I am soooooo sick of CBR4s and RVFs man.

Woah, there's finally a new 400cc sports bike on the market to replace the ancient RVFs and CBR400s.

amen!

been looking for a nice 2A bike that isant 1/2 my age.... but can look to spend ard 12-14k machine price?

Cheap + fast = no good

Cheap + good = not fast

Good + fast = not cheap

If both this 400R and ER-4N are out in SG.. I am going to be in one hell of a dilemma. I love naked bikes but I also want to a ride a kawa sportsbike... damn!!

Posted

Damned...... The Ninja sure looks nice indeed, but heard that KAWA parts are expensive and hard to get here, and even worse if it's made in Japan. Wonder how the price is going to be? For me, if it's below S$14k (with COE), it's definitely worth a consideration, but knowing Evershine's profit, I doubt they will sell for that price.

wonder if they do sell in yellow colour. nice

look at it closer, the so call Ninja 400R is actually a faired version of the ER4N.

Too many similarities, its exhaust, seat, rear fender, front fork and fender etc, kind of like FZ6 and Fazer 6. Was expecting a new ZX-4R Ninja, but the new 400 does look cool for ER4N. The head cowl does resemble its senior ZX-6R, like others mention kawa still a small population in sillypore. Shall see if they would set "foot" on our shores and rule the streets! :thumb:

Pls don't market these babes at a crazy price!

If the OTR price is right, there's a possibility ER-4N will be the bike to finally able to finally trump the almighty super 4.. 400cc parallel twin might not be able to fare against inline4's top-end but is decent enough for SG roads. 2plugs and 2.4L EO, so basic maintenance is cheaper. The rest 3 brakepads, 160 rear tyre etc are roughly the same. Hope the price is right man..

hmm..
