Was at PG track last Sunday... practising on my CBR600RR. Sorry you wasted your time coming down.

No worries about my one man operation... but its really less busy in the mornings and early afternoons.

Wow cool..an RR..No worries about my time i enjoy riding around in my Zee..So good that u weren't around so i can make another trip maybe tomorrow..haha..Just that the fuel consumption is abit on the steep side if I'm not wrong its an FCR carb that i have on my bike(used bike)..well the only time i can make it down is after my work so hope to scout your shop at least for awhile la..

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

Cool an RR..Must be two different handling styles between that and the Zee..Don't worry about wasting my time, i enjoy riding my zee anyway. Good that you were closed so i can purposely make a trip down from tuas again..haha..Just that the FC abit steep think it's a FCR carb other than that it's the best bike i've had..will try to head down after work tmr hoping to reach by 630 and just scout through your shop for some accessories..

You'd be surprise that there really is no difference in the handling styles. I ride the CBR just like the DRZ.. same lines and same late braking points.

So now you got the Edge2 tail light that comes with the metal licence plate and signal lights holder.

Am sure you will agree that it looks real good on the bike. Beats that lump of fugly Phantom looking OEM tail light assembly.

You should do the hard run in. Once in a while load the engine by dragging on the 3rd and 4th gear.

I run in all my bikes on the race track..ie from shop to track for a tank's worth of petrol, blasting the bike at top rpms on 4th and 5th gear. After that, change oil and the bike is run in already.

Dun waste time with the half throttle or whatever soft break in method... that's old school meant for engines built with 70s technology.

Just got my zee serviced by bro Raptor today. Very impressed to see the way he works. To all riders out there, if you want good standards of servicing and attention to detail, go to him.. See how an engineer works on your bike. First person that i've seen to use a torque wrench on a bike.

Thumbs up for Raptor!

Can some recommend a lubricant for chain on drz? Initially, I was using engine oil to lubricate my chain it works well but flings a lot! Recently, I have switched to belray superclean spray on lubricant, I find that it is abit too dry for the chain (not lubricating well) and it picks up a little dirt.

IMO engine oil as chain lube is a no-no. Gets the chain really dirty. Read somewer in the forum that there's a guy who used a lube called Dupont( i think) and it looks clean after 400 km..

This is such a joke - prices of even motobikes in Sg.

Didnt think ridiculous prices extend to even bikes when cars are already so bloody ex.

$17k for a DRZ is just way not worth it, IMHO. It was abt $13k back in Mar.

Time to review choices again.
