Went to S1 a while ago to help buddy pay his bike instalments..Saw the new Ninja 250R..It definitely looks bigger than depicted in the pictures..At a single glance you wouldn't expect it to be a 250..Really pretty..Cept of coz the headlight..But thats just me..With an aftermarket end can I bet it will look really swell..:cheer:

The wave rotors looks like it can be used on a KR..:cheeky:

Just view the real thing....A really pretty machine....The green little monster with a small bite.....

Just that the tires looked a bit small....If the tires sizes are the same as the current 400cc sport bike....The deal would be even sweeter.....But small tires are cheaper....You can have the best of both world....

This bike didn't reach Sg yet? I'm already using the bike already in Malaysia. Currently under the break-in period but I already hit 140km/h. One of the guys already hit 170km/h. This is a nice bike for commuting - light and nimble.

What's your average fuel consumption? I know it's during it's running in period but perhaps can give us some idea if it's as good as posted in the above posts.

I've been observing this thread for a while.

I was wondering if there's any cons with the bike.

From all the overseas forums and reviews. All seems to say this is a good bike.

Wonder if any experience kawa rider can give comments? especially on the agent and the availability of spare parts.

must wait for someone to actually buy n ride the bike.

parts wise is hardly available i guess, cos still no demands for it yet

From my rough calculation based on my rough riding (hehehe), my FC is only 22km/l.

wow thats quite high for a 4 stroker in my opinion

The pain of discipline is nothing like the pain of disappointment

As i mentioned earlier, 'rough calculation' as my tank is not empty yet (it's my first full-tank anyway). Need to have couple of readings to get a much better estimation. Full Tank -> Empty and Refill -> Record Tripmeter. Gimme a few weeks, and I'll provide you with my bike real-world FC. :)

We had a gathering in KL last nite with nearly 20 bikes. The oldest bike is just 1 month old. Hope to share info with SG Ninja 250R owners as well. We may visit SG soon for shopping.. ;)

This one I can understand.

Even old school Kawa AR 125. 1 carb have to wait for 3 months.

This is base one the old school reviews back in 10 over years ago.

What I'm trying to Ask is spares like oil, air filters.

Is it true that The local Agent don't even stock up anything for all the kawa bikes?

Heard stories saying that event basic change parts. they may not have stock.

Imagine Due for oil filter change and they have no stock and need 6 months?
