haha i agree with u .. cau i try gear 2 wack b4 .. is less than 3.9sec to hit 100 mah .. but tt wan i nv count .. jus base on experience .. but nv try with timer b4 ..

3rpm to change gear. Tats very low... wan to save fuel huh!?:cheeky: I changed my gear arnd 4-6rpm... Depends on the road conditions...:thumb:

 

haha.. yup.. that time save fuel :) .. that old riding style onli manage to fetch 22+km/l..hhaaha.. if i open vtec once a wk, somemore awhile onli last then 5 min.. it wil go down to 21+..hahah.. of cos last time if jam then i got to ride faster 4-5krpm then change gear..haha

I find Gilera hard to overtake everytime we start side by side.... Anyone agree? Or ve some other comments?

 

No la, it was tried and tested by me and gf.

 

She was riding a VXR200 and as usual she full throttle once the light turns green and i opened my vtec at gear one and after that she told me, s4 really fast and NO WAY her runner can win. But that is after i changed full system with dynojet. It is either the modifications help or i felt more garang with it, as i don't remember winning her on my stock s4 :angel:

 

Now that she is ridng my s4, she kept complaining that the bike does not have pick up and her gilera was so fast and this and that.

 

I guess it boils down to the rider ultimately eh?? :angel:

S4, the power comes at mid range. if the rev dun hit the mid range n above the pickup is dull. runner, high torque in low n mid range. both r for different usage. n normally, the rider will use the best riding style to get the best fuel efficiency. so unless both bikes r ready to play. if not, its not a fair game.

unless both are stock bikes. if not, the result is pretty clear that the modded bike tends to win.

 

did ur friend rev high enough to get that power? :D

how to compare a 400 to a 200 ?

,compareing a auto to a gear bike?

 

a fully mod racing runner 2T can outrun a s4 anytime from 0-100 but it will only stop there.

but what the use,why not say a fully mod KTM 200 with a fully mod runner?

both 2T and u will see which one has the pick up right.

 

no matter what it like*u cant own both at the same time*

pick up or top end,you choose from there.

i ride version S too in the past then runner 2t to 4t now,tat what i gain from there.

Ex - Honda CB400.

Ex - Yamaha Fazer S2.

Ex - Yamaha R1.

Ex - Suzuki Hayabusa.

Ex - Yamaha Spark.

Ex - Yamaha Tmax.

Current -

Honda Jazz.

Kawasaki ZX6R.

Wow, in 2nd gear whack. I whackd b4 at 3rd gear til 11rpm... Tat happen once only.:angel:

talking about stock to stock,

200cc Vs 400cc,got win,got lose..can i put it that a 200cc max is maybe say 120km/h or slightly above and 400cc max is 170km/h or more? tat's one significant diff..:angel:

its like comparing espire and Okamoto 0.03 mm platinum.

both serve the same purpose but 1 is slightly better than the other :p

May be I modified and mount a S4 engine on a Gilera chasiss better lah..not only win...can wheelie to the finish line on 6 gear...LOL!:angel:
