hi everyone! been a while since i dropped by lol! hope everyone is fine..

des, how the hell did u get a slip disc and annular tear??!! if u have back pain one of the best methods would be to do weight training to strengthen the deeper lower back muscles and the erector spinar muscles. core muscles also play a big part as unbalanced muscles can also cause back pain. not to mention poor posture. if ur case has been going on for yrs i also dunno what can help. u should see a specialist or a physiotherapist to see if there is anything that can be done. and also check to see if the are any lifestyle changes that u have to make to make ur back feel better.

do not always rely on belts and other tools as at the end of the day, the human body is built such that if u dun use it, u will lose it. by using too much back support for ur daily activities u might cause the muscles which actually had this job to atrophy, in other words, waste away. check with ur physiotherapist before trying anything radical. and from what u said, if l4, and l5 are affected in ur spine its troublesome coz its the lumbar curvature which supports the bulk of ur upper body. good luck but dun rely on "secret traditional remedies". those are the worst.

wah long time never see you! must meet up soon with the rest, been long since i saw everyone!

i dun understand why must assume other bikes trying to challenge you or "makan" you?

Why not focus on your riding and enjoy ur ride at your own pace?

Always remember, dun let your ego control the throttle, keep a clear mind when riding.

Ride Safe people

Great advice! :)

thanks for the info bro.. \m/

1) i have to warn you about 1 thing 1st, if u have only ever ride is a honda wave before, then be prepared that ANY OTHER bike ( 2 or 4 stroke ) will require a bit of "take-care". there will naturally be more things you need to learn ( the wave is a "almost" hassle-free bike ). So be prepared that it will require more "attention" & $$. it is NOT FAIR to compare ANY bike with wave. Best to ask the old birds of the model u buy. i myself have to learn a lot recently as my previous bike was another "workhorse" like the wave. So be prepared to kiss goodbye to the old "bo-chap" style with the wave. :)

2) Learn to control the power of 2 stroke riding if you have never tried 2-stroke bikes before.

3) btw, what was your ending "sign / icon" mean, ah? i very "backward" one leh. :p
