hahaha no la when saw tp or Lta i ride with higher gear so that wont too loud, and i just mod for fun nia never really go play just transport nia haha

@tony2sg if piston ring spoil den EO go into piston the smoke come out should be black right? now mine is white leh. excess white smoke. but like what u mentioned about the rpm, i got once my RPM go up by itself till engine die, den sometimes i on choke the RPM also won't stop going up.

 

anyway, should i do a full service for my bike before my 3 weeks overseas training or come back then do?

maybe piston rings got loose it will reverse suction of engine oil you can notice the RPM go up and not constant

 

thats for 4stroke bro. 2 stroke piston, crank all by 2t. EO gearbox only. if leak means the eo from the gearbox seam going into crank ready.

garrick and fabian ask u 2 ah. you both got check your coolant level or not. cause sometimes when the gasket worn or never seal properly coolant can leak inside the block causing smoke. from what i saw both your bikes i dun suspect EO cause when EO leak it will smoke like bomb and your exhaust will stink like !@#$%^&. but then again can be EO problem

Mine no leak, think is inside case crack... is there such thing?

 

Mine also decrease.. just went planet to refill EO ytd.. plus put the norm cap for the EO hole...prev was some tube thingy..

For mine there's no obvious leak on the floor...i scared is kena eat... T-T

Prev 3 weeks ago put new engine oil...den few days back check..no engine oil visible.. when mech let EO flow out.. on a puddle flow out..not a lot.

 

Shall cont observing it..Could there be a possibility of evaporation for EO?Cos prev mine not norm cover ma..den the "tube thingy" was in-place at EO hole instead of cover...tube got hole..so cud it have evaporated fro there??:o

 

Yesterday went to ah chiong and chat about your problem.. He mentioned it's crack shaft seal broken.. If you just gotten your bike, go back to the bike shop.. just overhaul less than 3 months, go back to that bike shop.. KPKB... If failed, bring any "experienced" rider.. *remove the P-plate will do.. show face + say you ride for years and experienced all problem.. ask them settled it.. haha.. that will resolve the bike shop pushy methods.. :p

 

hi friends whats the stock size chain and sprocket?x-ring chain got no standard size for KR?any ideas

 

520 chain, sprocket is 14-39, not o-ring, should be heavy duty or normal chain.. (pure stock)

i went back to ahboy yesterday, they told me is inside some case crack or whatever ****. i ask them why they nv tell me when overhaul, he told me he ask another mechanic to tell me already. Also duno they say true or not, they can't even remember when my bike overhaul and mix my bike and another bike and say we same problem. WTF man... if im gonna repair the crank shaft thing confirm need open engine sia....

so now you have to go back to ah boy and tell them about this.. say you overhaul when and when, show them your "proof" (receipt/nets transaction receipt or etc) than say, it would not just break like this and all that.. U need to find a way out man.. cuz, it will cost you another bomb to repair that 1 thing.. + EO eaten up is not a good thing..

they try to push n push.....not their problem now!

so u need see them open engine n see the crack

n prepare $ for the crack

even they lan lan repair 4 u,r u scare how they do?

@garrickchow ur one got alot white smoke?

YA T-T .After i carbonized recently den after few days alot white smoke plus like urs... Black patch of 2T leaking fro end can everytime park . Went to several shops at jb.. they told me oil seal spoil...need overhaul .Sianz to the max..

My 2T consumption is friggin high now compared to norm.. i fill 2T close to full..one week nia.. half gone.

2T setting lowest alr.
