So far I have a good experience with PML. Found that they are pretty trustworthy and the service turnaround time is quite fast. Sometimes for simple servicing, it was done FOC. (BTW I've no affiliation with PML)

Before committing, i want to know what is the arrangment like:

 

- how is the loan process? Member draw out hrs or days or use at owner home? How to track?

Sorry experience many times thing loan here loan there, in the end donna who is holding on to it.

 

- In case owner not available (went for oversea holiday), who will hold the device?

 

- If there is a tour up north, can member loan it up north for the tour?

 

- Must sign agreement to bear full cost (pay all affected members $$$) in case of lost or damaged beyond usability.

I think it is also because PML don't depend solely on the workshop to survive (unlike the usual motordiam), so they don't need to any how ask you to change this change that just to earn a few bucks more.

Hey mate, I just got myself a K12R recently.. Great bike, loved the riding posture, the torque & the engine grunt.. Currently, still trying to get along with the clunky gear change (especially first gear) & the servo-assisted ABS brakes..
