Tot of changing the end can only. Then can at least change the yoshi end can, rite? How much wil it cost to mod?

 

mod the existing PB1 ard $300 by Seng kwang but from LTA consider illegal... so far never heard ppl fail inspection by heard ppl get caught by ROV/TP.

when u said the right side of the engine is it the lower hose under the engine? is that the hose? if it is then that one is norm. usually when heat the Coolent will come out from there lor. but not always la.

 

If its from hose above (under the carb) or below left or infront then there might be leakage. Press the hose to check the strenght. if its hard then its ok ah. If its soft then gotta change it before it blows. Total as I knw got 7 hose and 2 metal hose. if i'm not wrong la.

That is confirmed to be engine block leakage. Those are the engine fins which are used to disperse heat. You can see a small hole on both the left and right side of the engine. Once coolant leaks through, its a leakage of the engine block. But why does your coolant look jellyish.. Like kinda solidified. Better fix it fast before it leads to more serious issues, if this is not serious enough.

 

By the way, remember to top up your coolant before starting the bike. It's best if you could get a tow truck to bring your bike to the workshop.

block leakage.. u may need to do top overhaul if the problem is serious. ur coolent will be quite low right? cause due to leaking. temp will increase fast. act fast b4 it damaged the whole block and need $1200 to do topoverhaul. my fren experience that b4.. he scrape the bike as it is not worth it..

I tink wat they meant is overhaul ur block only. New block, new piston, new gasket, this i guess....

Thn the bottom half is ur gear, clutch plate n more....

oh well i onli changed da gasket,piston ring,hose..still got this prob!!nearly spent $2k wif servicings juz 2 cure my coolent prob..

see how you want to do it mod the existing pipe to fix end can or change the Yoshi Tri oval?

 

hey man sorrie for the late reply. well he is my mech, i also dono how he did it, but his bike got alot of thing ar, he even use a sym scooter mud guard for his s4 mud guard. super zeng 1 sia

my mech give me some cheapo ring... and roughly every 1 month i have to go back tighten...

 

and please tell me get from which shop... kinda not going back to my bikeshop.. quite expensive...

bought at ahboy did x-ring $130 with the sprockets..

 

the chain is DID but i believe the sprocket is local.. coz can see the paint chip off.. oklah so far.. haven tightened yet as of now..

so do I still have to change the whole sprocket? or the chain should be enough le??

if u just did your overhaul that mean they screw up ... send back to them

send back to the workshop n get them to rectify the problem.

Dont say like tat leh... I've juz upgrade from my Kr to S4 four months back. Tis make me miz my Kr.
